Hi, my name’s Lisa, and I’m smitten by succulents!
I have always been drawn to succulents, especially Echeveria. It wasn’t until 2020 when my friend gave me a bunch of cuttings from her garden that I began to focus on them. They were so pretty, and I wanted them to thrive! Two years later, I’m as obsessed than ever.
I love going to local nurseries and finding new beauties. I’m also a big fan of propagating to proliferate my favorites! (How succulents propagate is so amazing!)
Since I have been pretty successful at growing and propagating, I’d like to share what worked (and didn’t work) for me. Sometimes I am curious or I have a question, and I can’t find the answer searching the Internet. With this blog, I’m hoping to help others find their answers! I am not a biologist or horticulturist, and I’m still learning too!
My succulents and I are located in California, USDA Zone 9a.
